A Study on Distribution of LDH Isoenzyme in Normal Human Fetal Organ Tissues

Abstract
|
|
|
For the experiment on the LDH isoenzyme distribution pattern in the human fetal organ and tissue, each composition and mean percentage distribution of LDH isoenzyme activities were examined by analysis of quantitative and qualitative studies; from early pregnant stage to late stage by agargel electrophoresis.
The obtaining results were as following:
I.) LDH isoenzyme pattern in normal fetal organ and tissue were classified 5 subunit by technique of modified electrophoresis on the microscopic slide.
II ) All of LDH isoenzyme patterns of normal fetal organs and tissue in early pregnant stage showed intermediate fraction type and those of late pregnant stage were become similar to adult type by increasing of gestational´ age.
III) The perfect autoregulation of each organ metabolism was observed by amicable settlement of LDH isoenzyme subunit which was mixed harmoniously for physiologic function in normal organ and tissue
The composition and mean percentage distribution of LDH isoenzyme activities in normal fetal various organ and tissue were drawn as followings:
1) Fetal liver
The fraction type of early pregnant stage which was intermediate type were transformed- to evident anaerobic type at the ending of pregnant 9th month.
The mean activity rate of LDH isoenzymes in each subunit was as follows:
